    Wasn't sure how I would feel after the hard mountain bike ride I did yesterday but felt pretty good so was happy with the the 5 miles.

    Great ride on the logging roads near the house. Plenty of climbing with some great down hill speed on the way home.

    Took a few days off from running to let the knees recover from the bad shoe choice. Took the new shoes out for a spin and felt so much better!!

    Pretty good ride, lots of climbing. Started at 320ft and topped out a 1158ft before I turned around to enjoy the down hill back to the truck.

      Funny you mention that Chuck, they need to be replaced but wanted to ride anyway on the way down I got a little nervous because it was misting which certainly did not help my braking with the worn out pads.

      I went to south sound running. Decided to change shoe style but stayed with same brand, guess that was a bad idea. I went today and swapped them out for what I was using before, learned my lesson don't mess with something if it is working good.
