    Another decent 4k around neighbourhood, great weather for this Sunday...had to take advantage.

  4. #dailymission When my whole town was iced over! Was extremely stupid, but fun...survived with only a scraped knee and some bodychecks from my running partner.

    An easy 4k with weather that was cold, wet and windy. Not the most fun, but a run all the same.

    First run in weeks, with Ryan...felt good, not tired and ready to start ramping up a lil' bit here. Chatted about fun topics like the NHL playoffs and alcohol consumption. Good run.

  11. first week back...three easy 2ks...no injuries (knock on wood), rrready to rrramp it up for next week! First though, a cold brew. mmm

    Goal was to stay totally relaxed, especially up and down hills...feel okay. Good news is I can feel fitness coming back after only a few little 2k's. It's Friday, should be a beauty!

    Another little 2k, windy and snowy...that's Canada for you. Legs feeling better than a few days ago though, big time stretching to keep it that way!
