great Rowing Machine 2.8 km 00:15:00 08:37 pace

After the treadmill tragedy, this felt amazing!

  2. RUN
tired Treadmill jog/uphill walk int... 2.4 mi 00:30 12:30 pace

More uphill walking than jogging, honestly. Heart rate was a little out of control; need to get back into shape!

  3. FIT
    good Hot Flow Class 01:00

Wow, that was a difficult class! So many 3-legged chattarungas...oh my goodness!

  4. swim
    great Laps at Lunchtime 00:15:00

Just alternated breaststroke & freestyle at a moderate pace to cool down after my disastrous neighborhood run.

The Disney Food and Wine 1/2! And since I have been a total slacker about training...I'm sure that it's not going to be easy!

  5. RUN
    alright Neighborhood jog/walk 2.5 mi 00:28 11:11 pace

Started OK, until my headband fell off and then I developed a blister on my heel that started bleeding. Jogged half of this, then limp-walked the rest of the way home. My own fault for the long hia... read more

  6. swim
    great Laps at Lunchtime 00:30

Felt great. Didn't pay attention to distance, just alternated freestyle and breaststroke.

  7. FIT
    good Flow Yoga Class 01:30

Hot and sweaty class & I hadn't been practicing, but so glad I went!

  8. FIT
    great Quick Yoga Workout 00:30

Poor substitute for 90 minutes of Bikram, but better than nothing!

  9. FIT
good Rowing Machine 2.6 km 00:15:00 09:17 pace

    Ahhhh...I love the rowing machine!

  10. FIT
good Elliptical Intervals 2.89 mi 00:35 12:06 pace

    It's about time I stopped slacking off...geez!

  11. FIT
    good Landscaping 01:30

I laid down 40 huge bags of river rock in our landscaping. No idea how many calories burned, but figured it warranted a mention.

  12. RUN
good Easy Run Through Neighborhood 2.2 mi 00:24 10:54 pace

Took it slow and easy, as I haven't run for a while. Walked maybe .3 miles due to side stitches, which I ALWAYS get when I run after drinking water...

  13. walk
great Day at Epcot 15 mi

Just posting an estimate (based on sister's pedometer) of the distance we walked while spending the day at Epcot.

  14. FIT
    good Bikram (Class 44) 01:30

Great class, hot and humid again, but felt much better than yesterday.

  15. FIT
    tired Bikram (Class 43) 01:30

It was SO hot - instructor said about 120 degrees! And I felt really out of shape but very flexible...so I guess it all worked out well. ;-)

  16. RUN
alright Neighborhood loop 5 mi 00:57 11:24 pace

Still not back to form, but that's OK - ran the first 3.5 miles, walked the last mile and a half.

  17. RUN
tired Shaded neighborhood route 2.9 mi 00:29 10:03 pace

Still not feeling great, but needed to get out and obtain some energy! I am on a juice/raw salad detox today and wasn't sure how that would go, but other than feeling tired and slow, it was fine.

Thank you! I followed Dr. Gillian McKeith's Detox Day from her book "You Are What You Eat." Basically juices, raw salads and herbal teas. I was sick for a week, so I needed to do something to feel better (besides antibiotics, which I also started). Seems to have helped - I'm feeling MUCH better today! ;-)

  18. RUN
blah Through my sister's neighborhood 1.9 mi 00:19 09:44 pace

Felt like a lead weight and not well, but just needed to get out and running since I've been sick all week!

  19. FIT
good RPM Spin Class 13 mi 00:45 03:27 pace

I could definitely feel that I hadn't been to spinning in a week! It was tough, but powered through. Only 5 people in class this morning - due to local spring break.

  20. RUN
alright AFLAC Iron Girl 5K 3.1 mi 00:31 09:54 pace

Iron Girl 5K. Can't believe I did so well for how lousy I felt! Side stitches at halfway mark, but I pushed through for a new PR. Yay! :-)
