This started off well, but ended up horrible. Odd, because I took most of this past week off from exercise (not feeling well). I was supposed to do 11 but for the first time in about two months, my... read more

Ran 10 miles, walked 1.5 and got Starbucks. I think I was around 10-ish min/mi for the 10, but I left my Garmin on for the 1.5 mile walk and was too cold and delirious to remember, lap, or write do... read more

  3. RUN
good National Mall 5.51 mi 00:52 09:23 pace

Don't let that pace fool you. I was stopping and starting at lights and to take pictures. The National Monument looked so pretty today; flags were blowing, not a cloud in the sky...

About 4 miles--not sure because my Garmin died a mile in; I forgot to charge it after yesterday. Fine run. Nothing special. Not too fast, not too slow. Took it easy because that's how I roll, ... read more

  7. RUN

  11. RUN
blah Around the national mall 6 mi
