timing today running 4 minutes, walking 1 - so this is a slower pace, but it was almost all running...

changed the time - 3:37 of running, 1:23 walking. at that rate it will only take me six more weeks to be able to run all the way... :P and it was really humid and hard to breathe!

run 3:30, walk 1:30 - i think this is the first time i didn't have to stop during any of the running... i might try that one more time & then raise the running to 3:45... :P
