Felt alright - good to get back on the lakefront, but the trails were pretty wet. Also, always a fun thing to have running groups blaze past you every 2 minutes. Walked the second mile, as the falafel I had for lunch was yummy at the time, but I didn't especially want to see it again. Also, nice to know that I indeed DO jog faster than I walk, although not my a lot. Legs need to get stronger! Just trying to up my time little by little - I seem so far away from 8k and it's starting to scare me.
