    First time doing more than 3.1! Just decided to go for it, and it was alright. Walked for about 2 minutes of it, so feeling pretty good that i finished.

      Wow! One of my goals is to run my miles continuously.. Right now, though, I'm still using intervals. They're like training wheels, I guess. ;) Soon we won't need to walk! Keep up the fantastic work!!

      I used intervals for about 3 months while I was on the Couch to 5K program. It was such a good way to learn about what my body could handle - which was way more than I thought it could. Now that I've stopped doing that, I find that if I break thru about the 1.5 mile mark, I kind of just stop thinking and my legs move by themselves. Now I just wish I was moving faster! :)
