what a great NON- Stressful run!! My IT Band is pissed at me and wondered if i would make it by mile 18 but we pushed through :) Happy Sunday.

I have not ran a 5k for time in a long time! It always takes me a little time to warm up. I seem to go faster last part of my runs. I hope to do a 5k soon, just to see.

I'm the same way. I usually feel the best the last mile of a 5K. When I was doing them on a regular basis last year I learned that I had to take 20 minutes or so before the race and really warm up.
