      Cristy I am following hte 30 Day challenge by Health is Happiness. He sends out recipe suggestions daily. The challenge also came with a recommended grocery list; facebook support group with more recipes; and inspiring blog posts. I'm really digging it. :) They do a simultaneous yoga challenge as well.       I read an article recently suggesting not being too eager to rescue-- that the mother animal searches for and usually finds the baby.
