    2 mins run 2 mins walk 45 mins 3 miles . Finally up to a 2 min run. Feels great. Wore the doggy out. He is still panting! It is quite hot already though!

    Great getting out there again. Hazy, but beautiful spring morning. My right knee didn't start to hurt a little till the end. Going to ice it...hopefully it doesn't swell. Feeling really good!

    Super steep climb in a half-mile we went 330 feet in elevation. Totally Awesome!

    With the kids. Great hike although a bit tough for the little ones. Awesome time hanging out in the river looking at trout at the Falls.

    Pretty easy hike, the kids were with us so we went slower than usual. Saw a young bear on the way up and then an adult bear in the river bed at the falls! Awesome.

    Knee's feeling stronger today. They were quite wobbly after yesterdays ride. Not bad today. Put a good stretch in before the ride today. Beautiful morning in the park!
