  5. I think this week I'm going to start testing the waters of running again. My leg has felt pretty darn good for the past week. It's been 3 weeks now since my injury.

    Broke more of a sweat than I normally do with straight pilates. Got some resistance bands tonight which upped the intensity.

    I guess this time off of running/anything any impact will be good for my core muscles.

  9. According to the doc I have an inflamed my interosseous membrane (the area between the tibia and fibula). No running for a couple of weeks. Pilates and I are becoming BFF in the meantime.
