    Was going to the track for some 400m repeats, but when I got there they were having a track meet (imagine that). I wound up taking a little spin around the neighborhood.

    1st real day of 5k training. My mileage will go down, but the speed will go up (hopefully). I felt good, but this one kicked my butt!

    Didn't take my watch on purpose. The pace was nothing to write home about, but I felt great for two days after the half. Pretty much all of my soreness is gone.
