  1. RUN
    alright 2.88 mi 00:24 08:13 pace

Was going to the track for some 400m repeats, but when I got there they were having a track meet (imagine that). I wound up taking a little spin around the neighborhood.

  2. RUN

1st real day of 5k training. My mileage will go down, but the speed will go up (hopefully). I felt good, but this one kicked my butt!

  3. Shout out to all my DM friends at the Gate River run this weekend. I feel like the only person in south Georgia and north Florida that isn't participating. Good luck guys!!

tired New long distance 16.5 mi 02:34 09:20 pace
