    Not that bad today. It was peaceful with the water trickling in the creeks again.

    At the track. Longest run so far this year. And slow, very very slow. Hoping this leg feels better someday soon.

    Dealing with Piriformis is not fun. Stopped to stretch about every 3/4 mile. Frustrated because my leg was feeling great...until I began running. Yoga is my new BFF and she better heal me fast!
