Ran this one in memory of a friend who lost a long battle to multiple myeloma this year. Great turnout, had to be 50+ on Team Dusty, hopefully his wife, kids and family are feeling supported. Such nice people, shouldn't happen to anyone but sucks how these things always seem to get the good ones. Race itself was great, have to check the official results but I'm pretty sure it was a PR - definitely better than last weekend's 5k. When I ran it in 2010, this race was my first ever and I finished in 32:48, so making progress. http://j.mp/MxiAcI.
