First time I've really tried any significant running since Goofy, and my knee still is not cooperating. I've never really had knee problems before, so I'm unsure why this has flared up all of the sudden.

After Goofy. Felt good when swimming, and at the Boot Camp for the stair climb, but it's acting up again after the run last night. Doesn't feel as bad as it did Monday after the race, or even enough to make me walk funny, but still sore when I stand up after sitting a while and such.

I'd ice it and maybe cut back on the boot camp a bit. See if it bothers you with just easy running. Maybe you irritated something and need to give it a rest. Do you have a freezer you could put an ice pack in at work? That's what I do. Keep it in there and apply as many times as I want during the day.
