    Felt yesterday's ride in the legs today. Finally cracked a little bit when we got into Curran and the wind shifted back to a headwind. Still, a pretty good two days of riding.

    Epic Fail! Been feeling under the weather, and it just wasn't happening tonight. Legs finally gave out about half way into the test.

    Windy today, but legs felt good. Was able to pull into the wind by myself, and Gretchen put in a couple good strong pulls that helped too.

    Been away from the pool for too long. Shoulders started to hurt about 500 yards in. Technique and breathing feels decent, still some work to do, but just need to get the yards in for now.

    Easy run around the park. Knee started to flare up, so cut it off early from what I wanted. Still feeling it two weeks after the marathon.

      Also, tried a bike swap with Dave for a few miles. Bad idea. That was like rolling torture, Its amazing how different our positions are, I don't know how he rides that thing.

      Didn't quite make the tradition of riding your age on your birthday, but did get in 31 miles on my last day as a 31 year old.

    Still feeling the effects of R2R and Champaign, but mostly happy with this race. First time racing the 12k distance, and ran an hour flat.

    Pushed HARD on this one. I was trying so hard to catch the Angry Beaver, and then the Sole Sister in front of me. Finally passed them both just shy of the finish line.
