  1. Got my X-rays! No permanent damage. Knee sprain. Can prob run in 2 weeks. Full recovery in 4-6! Thanks for all the good wishes!

    This race was hard. Haven't run for two weeks and I went out a little fast: the second half was brutal. My splits are little weird, but am happy with the (unofficial) time overall.
