      I thought about it but after doing this definitely a no this year. The course is tough and we didn't even cover Shortcut saddle which is the hardest part of the course.

      I feel I'm still a bit short on training mileage but I know the benefits of tapering so regardless I want to go for more I have to stop. Leo, thanks for the advice, now I'm on this phase, I feel now that I have a lot of energy to burn, difficult to balance but hopefully I can cope up with this changes until the race.

    Immediately after Verdugo, drove to Hansen Dam to get a few more miles in but have to settle with only getting 4miler bec it has really gotten dark, 9 pm by the time I finished.
