    First run in a month- first run outside since December! Felt pretty good.I"m slow- but I"m ok with that.

    did 4 rounds of 1 min 5.0, 1 min 5.5, 1 min 6.0, 1 min 6.5 and 1 min 7.0 (couldn't do 7 very well)

    Windy, windy run! Little snow falling.
    0 C- wore blue pull over with tech tee underneath, gloves, headband. I was a little warm at times but with the wind- glad I had the headband and gloves on.
