Wow, Is that true? I do check my heart rate throughout and increasing heart rate is another goal and measure (I have to figure out if that's something I can track on DailyMile....still a technology novice...)

Thank you for asking, because the weather was so bad that it wasn't easy to find them! It was only in one very low tree-covered area where I suddenly saw 9 specied (but should we talk about birds on DM....?)

Thank you! I go to "Forever Fit," a gym that's right next to our supermarket! I often go food-shopping after a workout....naturally buy everything that I want to eat right then!
