    1m wu cd then 3x1K track workouts, hit my pace pretty good. No more running for the week, getting ready for Redman bike ride. Hope I can do good for the Team relay.

    Slower than what I wanted but i hung out with great friends, plus it rained the whole damn time. Almost ready for Redman!

      Tammy you would have liked that ride - but i heard last year it was hot - would be a good ride on our own except in a few highway spots where traffic got a little upset with us out there ;-)

      Darn motorists! I did that ride a couple years ago and I found it very anticlimactic. It had a mark on the road saying finish line and then everyone just loaded up their bikes and went home. It would be more fun with a group that stayed together probably. Glad you had a good time and it looks like you are ready for Redman.

    Windy and lightning out this morning so cut it a little short 1mwu 1/2m cd 10x400, missed Sandy and missing jess and Regina out there!

    Barbell class that was part of the spin class- first time lifting since May - shoulder hurt a little but not too much

    6 with Cadie and Lindsay so humid had to do some walking, then they were done so I saw Diane did another mile, then caught up wiht Sharna and got the lat mile done. not pretty but done.

    I really like this route - it's challenging but has some flats, very low traffic - we saw 2 deers and chased 3 peacocks - FUN!
