    Didnt think I was going to be able to make it on the 2x1mile at 3K pace today but I got down to 10:12 ish on each mile and happy with that. Glad there were some peeps out there to get it done with!!

    Treadmill workout since it was lightning and run cancelled. Actually able to control speed on Treadmill so wasn't all bad. 6x90sec splits at 9:40

    Today's run reminded me why I luv to run. 2 diff pace groups but great friends that made it work. We compromised and got the miles we needed - was awesome - breakfast after at ATLAS - YUMM!!!
