    8m total run 4@MP 2wu and 2cd. KPV to River and back. Saw some old friends along the way, and solved world issues along the way. BKFST at BBD2 and life is good!

    so glad I ran in the morning - windy tonight - 2k, 1mile, 1k, 800 stayed at pace pretty well...almost to the end.
