    Today's run reminded me why I luv to run. 2 diff pace groups but great friends that made it work. We compromised and got the miles we needed - was awesome - breakfast after at ATLAS - YUMM!!!

    Third time this week with Karen T - weather was sooo good we rode after the Younglife Ride- we couldn't resist adding miles.

    Rode with Karen after getting the afternoon off...did some retail therapy along the way - stopped at Trek Store...met a friend and chatted on the path and a pit stop at top of Turkey - great ez ride!

    It was really 4 miles - we had some walks to keep Brandi Moms heart rate down. She's still running strong - so much fun!

    Best part about this run was seeing Kim Mccall!! Early am run before bike ride, not sure I can keep the run bike up. May have to rearrange my schedule a bit. Run on Sunday....not sure....

    had to walk one hill - legs wobbly from the run this morning. Once I got over that hill I was good to go. Big group that warded off the dogs chasing us a few times.

      I'm doing just the ride for Redman so picking up the miles for the next 2 1/2 months. I have 2 friends doing the swim run in a relay with me

      Did you have to join Young Life to be able to ride with them on Saturdays? I'm thinking of doing Austin and will need to up my mileage.
