Went out for 6 but forgot the Body Glide. Eeek! Chafing got the best of me today, so I headed home. Still, a good workout and a beautiful afternoon for a run.

    I hate when that happens. I need to pull the Body Glide back out after its winter hibernation. Never seem to need it on the treadmill, but outdoors is another story.
