      I am! It's my second and I took a very different approach to my training this time around. It's mental more than anything; this I know from my first marathon. I know I can do it, I just have to be prepared to be uncomfortable for over 5 1/2 hours. That's where the mental part comes in! You can totally do the half and think of it this way- it's your first so you know you'll PR :)

      GOOD LORD. What the heck?!?! At least you got to turn around before you made it all the way down Far West. This is a BRUTAL 20-miler. Stay off your feet for a few days, Shelley! Get a massage if you can! So bada$$. Congrats.

      I was so happy to see you on the run with your friends! It was really good to chat with you! And I passed two Rogue water stops, and they very graciously shared water with me, which saved me from having to buy water on the run!
