      Was tough conditions out there! Such a bummer after your rocking training that you had, but I am glad that you listened to your body and reeled it in when you did. Live to run another day and for sure the next one will be better!

      just awful conditions and i am so sorry your knee was wonky. You crushed training and if given a better day, i know you would have dominated. Hold your head high!
