    yesterday, I visited prosthetist office, doctor office, in and out of the house ... did pretty darned good even on the ice and snow ... no slip sliding

    after a period of adjustment with my residual leg (stump), I was able to actually do some distance this morning ... not really far but up and moving ...

    ... worked all stations and the stepper ... 12 minutes at 60 steps/min effort level 6 - 1min at 80 steps/minute effort level 6 - 5 minute cool down ... feel good but tired ...
