    It was almost cold out there today with temps in the 50's. Good consistant lunch run. Last mile and a half or so was into a pretty good wind and I was able to maintain my pace.

    First swim in about 3 weeks. Went ok. Swam 500yds at a time with about a 30 seconds to 1 minute break between each one.

    Wasn't planning on doing anything but the Chiefs were terrible and the kid was sleeping so I decided to get out of the house. Took off on a short quick ride. Went pretty good.
