Ok, today was supposed to be a rest day, and I usually don't run at all on rest days. But I spent all morning sitting in a service department waiting room (and by all day I mean 3 freakin hours)and when I got home I just felt antsy. It was too hot and windy to run outside so I decided to work out my frustration on the treadmill. It took me a tick over 2 miles to regain my usual ebullient demeanor.
