Strengthen and stretching routines: quads, glutes, Hip openers, tennis ball and foam roller massage. Now icing & relaxing.


Glad the rehab is coming along. As I read what you post regarding what you do for rehab from time to time, I say to myself..."oh I should do that too!" Keep it up...!

Oh yeah that tennis ball work! Did that twice so far, not sure if I prefer that or the phone roller. Great work on the rehab Sylvia!!!!
