good Yamuna body rolling - Save yo... 01:10

Body rolling work to try to loosen and re-align my hips. Feel a lot freer afterwards! Massage on Tuesday should help, too. My right TFL has been acting up a bit - as it did last season.

She's a person, and she's invented a system of body rolling using various size balls. I took a couple classes this winter at a local yoga studio and felt it really helped. Regular foam rolling really helps me, too, but the balls can really get into some of the areas a little better, and you can adjust their squishiness/firmness (have used a tennis ball, too, these you can make softer).

I have looked into getting some Trigger Point stuff, I like my foam roller but I see your point.

Yeah, I've heard that Trigger point stuff works well, too - I just haven't tried it. I have a small foam roller (like maybe 3inches in diameter and a foot long?) that I take with me when I travel - will put it in my drop back for the turnaround on the 600K this weekend.
