    Well, I needed a stress reliever. Didn't really notice how fast I was going till I was dead sprinting the last half of it. Lets just say, I felt a little sick afterwards...Not my wisest decision.

      HEY. Yeah, you're right...it wasn't so much the vajayjay as the uncomfortable cramping and overall feeling of nausea. Minor setback.

    Went to the Rec, did some calisthenics and ran a mile in the Cook Pavilion. It was pretty hot...nothing like dripping sweat in the Cook again.
