      I can totally identify! One day I think I've got chi running form totally down, and the next day I'm re-reading sections to try to figure it out. Have you noticed how they say to lean 2"-4" but in the pictures it looks like they're leaning about a foot? My advice: Don't lean forward a foot! ;-)
