    Promise I've been running! Logging on via Twitter + syncing gets me behind! This run was BRUTAL. Trail running and starting at 500ft elevation did not fare well.

    seriously my Nike+ is so off. I bumped my run up another notch on pace on the treadmill and my overall pace was even slower than my long runs. Ready to have accurate pacing w the Garmin.

    My head wasn't in it and I wanted to stop after a miler. I pushed to 2.5 and figured I could go to 3. Then I knew I was capable of another 11 minutes. So proud of myself for sticking it out.

    Mile 1: easy at 4.5; mile 2+: hill program; mile 3.25: amped up to 5.5 total. Realizing I can accomplish a full run much quicker than I think.
