great Free State 100k Trail - Clinton 62 mi 14:03 13:35 pace

It was an absolutely gorgeous day; perfect trail running conditions! I was in total "trot mode" all day and just enjoyed the beauty of the trails. Thank you Darin S. for running 10 miles with me, it's just what I needed to get moving again. Shout out to the aide station volunteer's they were AWESOME! Congrats to all my trail running friends that KICKED butt.
