Another ride on the lazy boy bike. My legs feel great but my poor toes still need a couple more days to heal. Blisters have drained and toenails are starting to fall off; now I know why some Ultra runners have their toenails surgically removed!


Glad the blisters have drained. That surgery of toenails sounds painful, but podiatrists probably do a great job.

Yes! After race recovery is a very important component to a training cycle.... sadly, one that gets overlooked too often. Take your time and keep savoring that feeling.
