I tried running on my injured toe today and I was happy to find that I could do it with minimal pain. Sure there was some discomfort, but nothing that made me seriously think about quitting. All thanks to God who has healed me so quickly! Here are some new questions for my friends: normally, I would run on Wednesday, but I have a dental appointment that is going to keep me from doing that and meeting on Thursday that will prevent me from making it up then. Should I run tomorrow or run on Friday, the day before a long run? Also, I am suppose to run 5 miles on Wednesday, according to my training schedule. Considering that I missed out on most of my runs last week, whatever day I run, should I run 5 miles or 4?

Glad the toe is doing well. I would probably opt to do short-easy runs both days. But, do what seems safe and best for you. Good luck.

Awesome to see you back at it. Stick with your training plan as much as you can. Getting a workout in a day early shouldn't be an issue particularly after the recent rest days. Any chance of getting up early Thursday? Sounds like you are building capacity for longer distances. Good luck.
