      "Use it!"....I can't even remember what the movie was right now, but a lot of shit happened to them and they were getting super angry. Their partner/sensei/whatever just looked at them and said "Use it". The person then goes into Beast Mode and kicks ass. Anyway that's what I thought of, reading this. Nice workout!
