    I used to hate the treadmill but for some reason I really like having another option. It took me forever to convince myself to run today, but once I got going I didn't want to stop.

    Mike & I hiked on a trail overlooking the ocean. It was perfect!

      Was it the coastal trail? Or my new favorite, which is Cowell Purissima south of the Ritz.

      Purissima is close to Cowell. There is the coastside trail starting at ST Francis beach. Quarry park by my house, very hilly. The bluffs by the Fitzgerald marine reserve. You can access them by mavericks. There are also great trails near Montara Mountain.

      Totally! I went out in a microfiber t-shirt and shorts and felt too warm. That hasn't happened in months. Enjoy the sunshine!

      awesome leg stretcher!! lol we had 67 degrees at 430 when i ran this morning and had some rain this morning but was in the upper 60's all day.. unusual for Jan!!

    My first ride in months. It was hilly but that's also coming from someone who only trained on flat country roads. I will be investing in some warmer riding gloves fo sho.
