angel: i don't know. i have been a runner since 9.21.2008. in 2009 i did 1 50k and 1 timed ultra (logged 50 miles that day). this year i am looking at the least: 2 50ks, 1 100 mile, and 1 timed ultra. i would like to do ultras in all 50 states over the next few years.

thx all. @phil: 175 miles, i would run out there to meet you but i need to save my legs for a 50k in chicago next saturday :) @michael: yeah, some adjusting will be needed. @angel: very true, and that is why i think it is probably the best local place for me to prepare for the kettle 100 :)

That's my mountain biking territory! Might go run up there to train for Ohlone 50K, would not run 100 miles there :D

Would be a good volunteering opportunity though!
