angel: i don't know. i have been a runner since 9.21.2008. in 2009 i did 1 50k and 1 timed ultra (logged 50 miles that day). this year i am looking at the least: 2 50ks, 1 100 mile, and 1 timed ultra. i would like to do ultras in all 50 states over the next few years.

Behold the power of the dagger eyes!!! I've been known to unleash the power of the dagger eyes/point/finger wag combo. Then I usually chuckle at the driver's facial expression. : ) Nice run Rob.

That's my mountain biking territory! Might go run up there to train for Ohlone 50K, would not run 100 miles there :D
Would be a good volunteering opportunity though!
