      Darn that blasted hamstring. This seems to really be putting a damper on the training. Have you figured out what's going on? Seen a sports doc?

      Hey girl. The hamstring battle continues. Can't run fast. Can't rub long. Can't do hills. Haven't seen a doc yet but it's on my list of appts to make. Starting a strict icing routine this week to see if I can self-help this problem.
