great Hill Repeats + Austin Marathon Training Long Run 22 mi 03:47 10:18 pace

Started off the morning with some hill repeats as prescribed by our IronTEAM coaches. Mixed with a golf course loop around Brentwood and cool down laps, I split off to run with one of my coaches training for an ultra, so I did a little more heading west to the beach, then south to Venice... I think should've planned my route better because I ran more than I should. Surprisingly, I feel great, just a little tight, but no pain overall. Perfect weather, great company - I'm ready for Austin!
