Worked my legs/abs/shoulders with weights. Then run on the TM for 30 min. Still on week 1 of the C25K, but felt today like I can move up. :)

At the gym. Worked back and chest. About 15 min to the TM to stretch out the legs from yesterday's workout.

Good work, I have been doing arms alternating with core for a least 10 minutes a day. something is better than nothing. The school chaos begins on Monday. Wish me luck!
