So cold & somewhat a miserable run. Calvert hill almost killed me & I took at least a half mile recovery afterwards. Garmin a pinch off but I know I didn't run the course perfect. Splits: 7:06, 7:05, 7:15, 7:08, 7:20, 7:23, 8:19, 7:25, 7:15, 7:12, 7:22, 7:40, 7:12. Yes I went out to fast.
