IM Princeton 70.3 Run 13.1 mi 01:53 08:37 pace

Bonk city. Light headed/dizzy. Drank coke which helped. Also my ankle was hurting. Actually walked some aid stations which I haven't done this yr in a 70.3. Couldn't stay positive. Sprinted towards the finish line at a 6 something pace so some girl won't pass me. Puke fest followed! Ugh. Not my best race. Finished with a 5:33. Not the way I wanted to end my season.
