    Long time no log! Maybe I'll start back up :) Treadmill speed work this am. 20 min warm up then 10 x 3 min @6:40 pace (with 1 min recovery). 15 min cool down.

      The heat was killer over the weekend. You held it together, and you should be proud of that, and your 4th place finish, 12 overall. That's ridiculous -- and a clear indicator that a KQ is in your future. So hang in there, enjoy to offseason, and reset for next year.
