This was after the jog/walk. So total of 4.5 miles...I think that's a little over 7km. Need to get some type of GPS to do this conversion thing...instead of having to Google the conversion chart after every wrkout. Anyway, great morning, and all five kids and I are signed up for Brickwalk 5k for the 21st....excited.

Aw, thank you Christy. It seems impossible that I have run 2 miles before....many years ago. But my daddy didn't even start jogging til he was forty, so,,I hope I will to make progress. I've also pulled my left hamstring pretty badly. Tomorrow I may just walk, tryi.g to work that out. Hope your distance run goes well....will you be at Brighton?

There's a good running/biking path that we run on. If you exit from 55N just before the Renaissance shopping area, turn right and park at the first rest stop.
