I was quite disappointed to not be able to get out for a ride today. I was waiting for an important call that was coming "sometime Tuesday". Ugh!! At least I had the trainer to ride while I was waiting!
All I was trying to accomplish on the trainer today was to work up a good sweat-fest!! Mission accomplished. Although my bum was getting pretty sore by the time my 90 minutes was up. Otherwise a good ride! Outside tomorrow for sure!!
