Getting Better! Repeated Week One, Day Two today. The prescribed goal is 5 sets of push ups as follows: 10/12/8/8/12+ with the last set being as many as you can do with a minimum of 12.
The first 4 sets felt easy today. Amazing! That all by itself is real progress. The last set was a different story, but that's how have been feeling on the last 2 or 3 sets. Even though it was a bit of a struggle on the last set, I managed to get the first bunch done relatively easily. Tuesday I managed to get 14 on my last set so I wanted to get at least that. I struggled through the 14th, then struggled through a 15th. I probably would have stopped there but I was extra motivated by seeing a little success here. So I tried for number 16. It wasn't a sure thing by any stretch of the imagination but I did manage to complete 16!! Hooray. (It's the little things, right?!) :-)
Todays results: 10/12/8//16 for a total of 54 push ups!! On to Week One, Day Three!!
