With threatening t-storms again this morning, I opted to stay indoors. I felt pretty good today (One Hundred Push Ups program aside) so I went for a steady 90 minutes on the trainer. It wasn't feeling so easy and I was getting pretty tired near the end of the session. When I saw my pace I realized why. Good day even though it was indoors.

Nice 90 minutes!

Thanks Dale, Penny and Michelle!!! @Penny, I have a Diamond Back Stationary bike that I use most often, and I have a Cycle Ops Fluid Trainer. Both are quite good, but the Cycle Ops still puts wear and tear on your bike. Pros and cons is all.

Scott great miles on the trainer. Scott is the Diamond bike turned into a stationary bike or just a Stationary bike? I am thinking about using my old bike as a stationary bike.

Thanks very much Adamm9, 26, Ed, Kenny, David, Jeremy, Dalila and Henry!! @26, the weather is improving so I should be outside the rest of the week! @Kenny, I am using a Diamondback stationary bike most of the time, but I also put my road bike on the Cycle Ops Fluid trainer sometimes. @David, I do some ad hoc drills this time of year but in the Winter I tend to ride along with some of those training videos. It helps me push the effort and gives me some variety.

Wowsa! That was some pace. (Sorry my comment is so delayed, but it was a spectacularly perfect day here, so I was out riding--a lot.)
