good Swanton Center Out and Back 24.21 mi 01:24 17.2mph pace

A great day for a ride with a nice breeze. My legs were a little tired, but not as bad as I thought I would be. This was, by disign, a flat route. I did try to push up on of the few hills on this route, and my groin started complaining. I didn't push hard after that. I was surprised that the ride back into the wind wasn't more difficult. Although not fresh by a long shot, I came through yesterday's century ride in pretty good shape. Now I have to decide on the next one! :-)
