I got a bit of a late start today, but I did manage to ride for 2 hours. I have to laugh at myself when I jump on the bike when I'm running late or feel pressed for time. Indoors, I usually ride by time, not miles. But when I'm rushed, I tend to push harder as if I'm going to finish faster. I've been around for a long time now. No matter how I look at it, I still take 2 hours to get a 2 hour ride done. :-)
Today was a good test all the way around. I've been having some little aches and pains in my knees, my back and adductor muscles in my left leg. (Age will do that!) After pressing for 2 hours, all three areas feel pretty good. My legs feel very tired and a little stiff, but no pain! Good stuff. Although that might change if I am able to get more yard work done tomorrow. :-D
